My Philosophy
Collective and personal liberation is at the heart of every aspect of Jules’s practice. The work begins and ends with self appreciation and radical self acceptance. Together, we will work to dismantle harmful and oppressive belief systems that limit our access to our embodied magic. Our shared mission is to increase confidence, self awareness, and capacity for pleasure, while reducing shame and stigma around desire. We will work to embrace the beauty of your unique vessel - appreciating your own body and what you have to offer, both for yourself and with a partner.
My Background & Practice
Jules is a certified Cuddlist and has received training in Sensate Focus through Integrative Mind-Body Therapies, a touch practice that helps us tune in to our body’s sense of felt safety that can unlock our erotic potential. Jules loves to work in a triadic model, meaning each client works with Jules and a trusted therapist to develop and meet individualized goals.
Our Work Together
Because each client’s needs vary, there are a wide range of options available. Here are some tools we might use together:
1:1 Sexuality Education - For everything you didn’t learn in school (or were afraid to ask!).
Intimacy Coaching - Feeling “stuck” in your relationships, or in relationship to your own sexuality? Intimacy coaching may help you with respect to dating, your solo sex practice, navigating accepting your own gender and sexuality, and more! This can include hands-on work and may be platonic or erotic in nature.
Platonic Cuddle Therapy - Feeling touch starved? Is stress impacting your ability to “sink in” and be present in your body? Platonic touch and cuddle therapy can be helpful tools for reestablishing a sense of felt safety in the body. Interested in learning more? Check out the Cuddlist FAQ.
I have a number of spaces available for cuddling and other hands-on work for your comfort and accessibility needs.
